Electronic version - Contract for Sale of land - 2005 edition
An electronic version of the contract is now available to purchase using the prompts below. This version is available in addition to the hard copy blue paper version, which will continue to be sold in the usual way.
The electronic version, including the front page, looks identical to the hard copy blue paper version when it is downloaded with the deletion of reference to vendor duty, except that the address of the property will appear in large font as a watermark on pages 3 to 12 inclusive. Once you have purchased the contract, you can use the downloaded copies, which will carry the watermarked address, for the purpose of exchanging contracts for that particular property. Only one copy of the contract needs to be purchased and can be printed** as many times as required for that particular conveyance - unlike the paper version where two blue copies must be purchased for the purpose of exchanging contracts.
The price for each contract is:
Member: $6.50
Non-Member: $7.60

**Please Note: In order to print the pdf pages 3-12 of the contract, you may be required to enable the "Print as Image" function within the pdf application. To enable this whilst in Print mode select the "Advanced" button and check the box "Print as Image".
