CLE Units:
The 2010 One Day CLE Seminar on the Evidence Act was held at the Hilton Hotel Sydney on Saturday 30 October from 9am to 5pm.
A stellar cast of speakers presented on topics that were stimulating, contemporary and relevant. The seminar was be divided into three streams. The first and third streams covered general topics for all practitioners, including:
- Expert evidence
- The Evidence Act
- Cross Examination
