About the Presenters:

Darryl Browne is an Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates. His forte is estate planning (involving wills, superannuation, powers of attorney, enduring guardian appointments, advance care directives, trusts and related aspects), but he also conducts estate and other litigation for clients. He advises clients concerning commercial law issues including business acquisitions, leases, employment issues and planning matters). He also advises clients with conveyancing and related real estate transactions.

Francis Moffitt is a Solicitor in the Professional Standards Department at the Law Society of NSW. Fran’s professional experience includes Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law; Criminal Law (Proceeds of Crime); Administrative Law; Taxation Law; and statutory investigations.

Duncan Young has been working with organisations for the past 15 years as an organisational development consultant, facilitator and executive coach. He has implemented training programs throughout Asia Pacific and Europe across a broad range of industries and clients from both the private and public sector. One of his great strengths is being able to work effortlessly at any level of an organisation from CEO to frontline staff.

Duncan is accredited in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the L-Map Leadership Coaching Tool and the DISC Diagnostic System and has won numerous awards for his work. His credentials combine a diversity of education and training with practical experience. He has completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English Drama and a Bachelor of Dramatic Arts at the National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA). He has worked as a professional actor since 1995 appearing in film, theatre and TV productions in Australia and Overseas.
