Presenter: Duncan Young, Organisational Development Consultant, Facilitator and Executive Coach
Delivering client value is important but what distinguishes those who thrive from those who perish? With few exceptions, those who thrive differentiate themselves by focusing on creating value. What matters most to our clients are the services that exactly meet their most important needs within their budgets. To help you achieve that outcome, this workshop has again been designed to be highly hands-on and will help attendees with building skills to:
- Effective matter management
- Communication processes and protocols
- Responding to crisis points
- Challenging client conversations
- Effective matter debrief and follow up
